...be it resolved that:
a person may condemn an evil man, who shall then be put to
trial in Chancery Court but the condemner shall also be put to death
either as a hero with final disposition of his opponent's property if
that person is found guilty, or with full censure, forfeiting all their
property to the accused if they are found innocent, but on a finding of
not guilty, the accuser shall pay the redress of the accused; and that
this statute be studied particularly for likely social influence before
enactment;
